PrizePicks Appoints Todd Grossman as Director of Gaming Regulatory Compliance

PrizePicks, North America’s largest daily fantasy sports operator, announced the appointment of Todd Grossman as Director of Gaming Regulatory Compliance.

Strengthening Compliance Leadership

Grossman’s role will focus on steering PrizePicks’ compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to the complex and evolving regulatory landscape.

His appointment comes as PrizePicks, operating in 29 states and Canada, aims to maintain operational excellence while pursuing licensure in new markets.

“Todd’s expertise will be critical as we navigate regulatory challenges and drive sustainable growth,” said a PrizePicks spokesperson.

Extensive Regulatory Experience

Grossman joins PrizePicks from the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, where he served as General Counsel and Interim Executive Director.

Over his 10-year tenure, he shaped Massachusetts’ gaming, racing, and sports betting frameworks, overseeing licensing, compliance, and public policy.

Previously, Grossman held senior legal roles at the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety and State Athletic Commission and was an Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County.

With over 20 years in legal leadership, his expertise in governance and risk management positions him to guide PrizePicks through the time of increasing scrutiny.
