Seminole Nation Casinos has selected Pavilion Payments, a leading omnichannel payment solutions provider, to deliver advanced funding solutions at three of its Oklahoma properties. The casinos: I-40, Wewoka, and Konawa, will implement an integrated suite of payment technologies designed to enhance player convenience and boost operational efficiency.

The partnership expands Pavilion Payments’ presence in Oklahoma’s tribal gaming market. Seminole Nation Casinos operates the I-40 Casino, its largest venue, alongside the properties in Wewoka and Konawa. The casinos serve as a pillar of support for the Seminole Nation Tribe.

Integrated Technology for Player Convenience

Seminole Nation Casinos will deploy several of Pavilion Payments’ core services. These services include VIP Preferred® eCheck and the Choice4™ deferred settlement services. Players can access both through casino cages and specialized VIP Financial Center self-service kiosks.

The kiosks offer guests the ability to conduct ATM transactions and credit card cash advances. For security, the kiosks feature multi-factor authentication (MFA). The adoption of this integrated technology enables faster and more convenient player funding.

Chuck Hulbutta, Enterprise Manager at Seminole Nation Casinos, confirmed the strategic focus. He stated that selecting Pavilion Payments reflects a commitment to providing guests with “safe, seamless, and hassle-free access to their funds.” Hulbutta noted these solutions enhance the entertainment experience at all three properties while supporting operational goals.

Strengthening the Regional Footprint

Diallo Gordon, President of Pavilion Payments, affirmed that the partnership reinforces the company’s position as a trusted leader in gaming payments. He stated that the collaboration will “streamline funding across their three properties and provide the flexibility needed to support continued growth.”

Alyssa Beaver, Senior Vice President of Sales at Pavilion Payments, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion. She called Oklahoma an important market for Pavilion. Beaver added that working with three impactful tribal properties further strengthens the company’s regional footprint. Pavilion Payments’ goal is to support operators with secure, seamless payment solutions that enhance the player experience across the state.

The Seminole Nation of Oklahoma operates its casinos with a mission rooted in uplifting its people. Every prize and promotion helps the casinos reinvest in programs that promote education, wellness, and economic growth. Pavilion Payments’ full suite of solutions aims to strengthen this mission by boosting the overall operational performance of the casino properties.
