BETER Obtains Colorado License, Launches ESportsBattle with bet365
BETER, a provider of fast-betting content and data for esports and sports, has secured a Vendor Minor Licence from the Colorado Division of Gaming. This approval allows the company to deliver its live data and live streams to licensed operators across the state.

The license covers BETER’s flagship ESportsBattle tournaments and its Setka Cup table tennis series. This marks a significant expansion of the company’s U.S. presence, making Colorado the second U.S. state to grant regulatory approval to BETER, following a Vendor Registration granted by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) in April.
ESportsBattle Debuts for U.S. Players
BETER has launched its content live on the Colorado domain of tier-one sportsbook bet365, a long-standing partner operating in multiple U.S. states. The launch introduces ESportsBattle tournaments, featuring eFootball and eBasketball among the first disciplines, to U.S. players for the first time. BETER’s Setka Cup series is already available in New Jersey.
Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER, called the Colorado approval a “milestone moment” for the company’s expansion across the United States, a market showing “huge demand” for its products. He noted that securing approval in one of the world’s most tightly regulated markets is a testament to the dedication of the legal team and the outstanding quality and integrity of their products.
Scaling Hyper-Accurate Data and Content
BETER delivers a massive volume of content, streaming approximately 700,000 fast-paced events each year across a range of sports and esports disciplines. The company provides 24/7 live streaming, real-time data, and hyper-accurate odds, offering up to 50 betting markets per event. On average, the content delivers an operator margin exceeding 7.5 percent.
Valeriia Tarchynska, BETER Chief Legal Officer, stated the approval aligns with the company’s broader strategy of securing licenses and launching exclusive products across all key regulated U.S. states. She confirmed that BETER is actively pursuing licenses in other jurisdictions, including North Carolina, Arizona, and Indiana, supported by the law firm Blank Rome.
