High Roller Technologies Appoints Jake Francis as Chief Operating Officer
High Roller Technologies, the operator of premium online casino brands including High Roller, Fruta, and Kassuuu, has appointed Jake Francis as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately. Francis replaces Emily Micallef, who will transition into an advisory role with the company. The leadership change brings nearly two decades of gaming industry experience to the executive team.
New Leadership Profile
Jake Francis brings a background spanning regulatory, technical, and operational functions within the gaming sector. His career started in 2007 as a regulator, working as an Auditor for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s Bureau of Gaming Operations. He later held several senior operational and compliance roles before joining High Roller.
Before this appointment, Francis served as Senior Vice President of Operations for BlueBet. He also held roles as Senior Director of Operations at Penn Entertainment and Director of Internet Gaming Compliance at Hard Rock.
Francis’s background includes risk management experience from his time at NYX Gaming Group. He holds an M.B.A. in Business Strategy from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).
