Better Collective tapped Christian Kirk Rasmussen as Co-CEO alongside Jesper Søgaard, unveiling a strategic overhaul to fuel growth.

A New Leadership Duo

Better Collective named Christian Kirk Rasmussen as Co-CEO to team up with CEO Jesper Søgaard, effective immediately as of May 3, 2025.

“Excited to embark on the next growth journey with Better Collective – now as Co-CEO alongside Jesper Søgaard!” Rasmussen said. He’s set to zero in on innovation, product development across the company’s “House of Brands,” and sniffing out new growth opportunities.

Søgaard called Rasmussen a “trusted ally,” ready to steer the digital sports betting and gaming media giant into its next big phase.

The move comes after a year-long deep dive into the company’s operations, sparking a bold plan to keep Better Collective’s growth on track. With a focus on organic expansion and mergers or acquisitions, the firm’s doubling down on its winning streak in affiliate marketing and media partnerships.

Strategic Overhaul for Growth

The company’s rewriting the playbook. “Following an in-depth review of our business and organisation over the past year, we are now implementing some strategic changes to build ‘the New BC’ that will set us up for future success,” Rasmussen noted.

Better Collective’s ditching its regional setup for three global business units: publishing, paid media, and esports. This shift aims to centralize expertise, scale best practices, and streamline operations worldwide.

Resources are getting a smarter shake, with more cash flowing to high-potential areas like flagship brands that’ll define the company’s future.

Low-impact segments? They’re taking a backseat. The goal’s clear: sharpen focus on star performers like betting tip platforms and media partnerships to drive bigger wins in a competitive market.
