Brightstar Lottery PLC has inked an eight-year deal to overhaul the Missouri Lottery’s retail and digital platforms with its OMNIA™ system.

OMNIA™ Brings Seamless Lottery Experience

Announced on July 15, Brightstar’s OMNIA™ system will connect the Missouri Lottery’s retail and digital channels, making it easier for players to enjoy games in-store or online.

The platform includes Connected Play, second-chance promotions, and a loyalty program to keep players hooked.

Lester Elder, Missouri Lottery Executive Director, said, “For more than 30 years, the Missouri Lottery has relied on Brightstar’s world-class technology… We are excited to build upon this long-term partnership over the next eight years and deliver new, premier experiences for our players.”

The system’s design simplifies operations while offering a modern, engaging experience for lottery fans.

New Retail Gear and Digital Boost

Brightstar will roll out 5,250 Retailer Pro S2 terminals, 2,220 GameTouch™ 28 machines, 75 GameTouch™ 20 units, 250 GameTouch™ Draws, and 1,250 digital menu boards across Missouri’s lottery outlets.

These tools, paired with an upgraded communications network, aim to make buying tickets smoother and more reliable. Scott Gunn, Brightstar’s Chief Operating Officer for North America Lottery, said, “We look forward to delivering these high-performing solutions, while helping the Lottery achieve its goals of maximizing funds to education.”

The enhancements build on Brightstar’s 30-year partnership with Missouri, which has already contributed over $8.5 billion to public schools.
