Carnival’s entry into the AGA is a sign of its commitment to the first-class anti-money laundering measures and responsible gaming practices across its global fleet.
Marty Goldman, Carnival’s Senior VP of Global Gaming, called the partnership “a key milestone in leading gaming practices and fostering industry collaboration to benefit passengers, crew, and the organization.”
By joining as a core operator member, Carnival gains access to AGA’s exclusive resources, think webinars, compliance tools, and policy updates, plus a voice in shaping national gaming regulations.
Boosting AGA’s Mission
The AGA welcomed Carnival’s expertise, with Senior VP Maureen Beddis noting, “Carnival’s global leisure-travel background and onboard gaming expertise complement our efforts to advance innovation, responsible play, and policy.”
Carnival’s onboard casinos, a staple of its cruise experience, will enrich AGA’s network, fostering collaboration between cruise, land-based, and online gaming sectors.
With its massive fleet serving millions annually, Carnival is doubling down on aligning its gaming operations with industry leaders. The AGA membership gives Carnival a platform to refine its onboard casinos, ensuring they meet the same high standards as top U.S. casinos.
