FanDuel, a premier online gaming company, has launched the FanDuel Casino Rewards Club, a new loyalty program now available to customers in several states. The program, built for the digital user, allows players to earn points, unlock monthly levels, and access exclusive perks. The launch coincides with the second phase of the casino’s creative campaign, “Calling All Thrillionaires.”

Loyalty Program Features and Transparency

The Rewards Club is now available to all FanDuel Casino customers in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. The program rewards loyalty through a system that clearly defines the value players receive at every tier. This emphasis on transparency is designed to set the program apart from competitors.

Players earn points for every real-money dollar wagered, which allows them to advance to higher levels each month. These levels unlock increasingly valuable benefits:

  • Weekly Bonus Back Offers: Players can receive between 5% and up to 25% of their net losses back as a bonus.
  • Exclusive Rewards: Tiers include personalized Reward Boxes and special birthday bonuses.

Second Phase of Brand Campaign Focuses on Rewards

FanDuel Casino has unveiled the next chapter of its “Calling All Thrillionaires” brand campaign. The campaign showcases the exhilarating feeling of anticipating a win on the platform. The new iteration, developed in partnership with Orchard Creative, will highlight the exciting experience offered by the new Rewards Club.

The campaign features three new videos: Thrillionaires, Assemble!, Shopping for Thrills, and Serving Up Thrills. The first two videos are currently live, with the final spot scheduled to debut during the holiday season. The new campaign will air in core FanDuel Casino markets, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Daniele Phillips, Vice President of Marketing, noted the campaign demonstrates how the platform elevates the customer experience through entertainment and loyalty.
