FanDuel Opens High-Tech LA Office in Beverly Hills
FanDuel officially opened a shiny new office in Beverly Hills, marking a big step for its California presence.

A Big Move for FanDuel
The 50,200-square-foot building, snapped up for $71 million in January, is a high-tech hub designed to spark innovation and teamwork for nearly 400 LA-area employees.
“A new chapter begins for our team in Los Angeles!” said CEO Amy Howe. “I’m proud to officially announce the opening of FanDuel’s new office. This is a significant milestone that reflects our business growth and more importantly our commitment to our people and our presence in California.”
The grand opening drew local bigwigs, including Assemblymember Vince Fong, Beverly Hills Mayor Sharona R. Nazarian, and Councilmember Craig Friedman.
With a 35% share of the online betting market, FanDuel’s LA move shows it’s doubling down on innovation while supporting responsible gaming in California, where sports betting remains illegal but heavily debated.
A Hub for Innovation
The Beverly Hills office is not just a workplace but also a center for cutting-edge ideas. Built with advanced tech and collaborative spaces, it’s set to empower about 200 on-site staff, from engineers to marketers.
The setup reflects FanDuel’s goal to rethink how teams work, fostering creativity for its FanDuel Sportsbook, casino, and fantasy platforms.
The space supports nearly 400 regional employees, making it a solid base for FanDuel’s West Coast growth.
FanDuel’s investment comes as California grapples with legalizing sports betting, with dueling ballot measures targeting 2026.
