Based in Relax’s Isle of Man office, she’ll oversee legal affairs and drive strategic goals, cementing the company’s compliance and global ambitions.
The move aligns with Relax’s rise, delivering over 4,000 games to operators worldwide.
Van den Berg’s Track Record
Van den Berg brings a solid resume, with over two decades of legal experience across international markets. She’s worked as a partner in private practice and as in-house counsel for iGaming firms.
Most recently, as Chief Legal Officer at Games Global, she built the company’s global legal framework, shaping its corporate strategy.
Her expertise spans commercial, corporate, and intellectual property law, making her a perfect fit for Relax’s expansion plans. Van den Berg’s knack for navigating complex regulations will bolster Relax’s operations in markets like the U.S., where compliance is key.
Her Role at Relax
Stationed in the Isle of Man, van den Berg will lead Relax Gaming’s legal function, managing contracts, compliance, and regulatory challenges.
She’ll work closely with CEO Martin Stålros to align legal strategies with business goals, from new market entries to partnerships with operators.
