RSI and IC360 Launch GLAD to Teach Teens Responsible Gaming
Rush Street Interactive and Integrity Compliance 360 launched the Gaming Literacy Aiding Decisions program to educate high school students on responsible gambling.

A Bold Move for Young Gamers
Rush Street Interactive (RSI) teamed up with Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360) to roll out Gaming Literacy Aiding Decisions (GLAD), a fresh initiative aimed at teaching high school students about responsible gambling.
Launched on May 14, 2025, GLAD targets teens, equipping them with tools to make smart choices about gaming. “Consumers today have more entertainment options than ever, including within the gaming space,” said RSI CEO Richard Schwartz. “
It’s clear that exposure is growing, and with it, the need for responsible frameworks.” By partnering with educators, RSI and IC360 are sparking a new standard for gaming education, starting with pilot programs in New Jersey and Delaware.
Why Teens Need GLAD
With online gambling now mainstream, teens are surrounded by betting apps and ads, making early education critical. GLAD fills this gap with a curriculum designed to boost gaming literacy, helping students understand gambling’s risks and rewards before they hit legal betting age.
“Like any material societal change, this evolution requires thoughtful education and honest, open dialogue, particularly for youth who are coming of age in an environment where these choices are all around them,” Schwartz noted.
The program dives into responsible decision-making, showing kids how to approach gambling, if they choose to, with confidence and caution.
GLAD hit the ground running this spring in New Jersey and Delaware, where RSI and IC360 are working with school districts on a speaker series and educator-led curriculum delivery. These pilot efforts focus on testing the program’s impact, gathering feedback, and fine-tuning content to resonate with students.
“We are proud to partner with Rush Street Interactive, a company that has not only identified the need for gambling literacy among young people, but has also taken meaningful, proactive steps,” said Eric Frank, IC360’s Co-CEO and President.
