TheLotter US Halts New Jersey Operations for National Expansion
TheLotter US has announced it will suspend its lottery courier services in New Jersey as of November 19. This move is a strategic decision to support the company’s long-term growth by refocusing resources on expanding services in other U.S. states. The platform will now prioritize its presence in markets such as Arizona and Oregon.

Focus Shifts to New Markets
TheLotter will continue to offer its lottery courier service, which allows customers to order tickets online, in states like Arizona and Oregon. The company stated this strategic change is expected to drive stronger nationwide growth. The firm launched in Arizona earlier this year and entered New York last year.
Barry Golombek, TheLotter US General Manager, explained the reasoning behind the closure. “This decision was not easy, but we believe it will enable us to reach more players across the country,” Golombek said. He added that redirecting efforts will allow more customers to conveniently order tickets for their favorite lotteries.
The New Jersey website will stop taking orders on November 19, 2025. TheLotter confirmed that all existing orders, including Multi-Draw packages and Subscription draws scheduled after that date, will be fully canceled and refunded to the players.
Customer Transition and Platform Upgrade
TheLotter has notified all registered New Jersey players about the upcoming changes. Customers have until February 17, 2026, to withdraw any remaining funds from their accounts. Players who miss this deadline can contact the customer service team for assistance.
In preparation for its broader national expansion, TheLotter has been rolling out a new website. Golombek noted the early feedback from players on the updated platform has been positive. The new site features several key enhancements designed to improve the user experience.
These upgrades include:
-
Faster performance and a design that is ultra-responsive.
-
A more streamlined process for purchasing lottery tickets.
-
An improved user interface.
-
An upgraded personal account area for customers.
The new website is currently available to players in Minnesota, Arizona, and Oregon. The company is committed to making its services available to more customers across the U.S.
