Bet365 Launches “Breaking News” Campaign Ahead of NFL Season
In anticipation of the upcoming NFL season, bet365 has introduced its latest advertising initiative, the Breaking News campaign.

A Global Approach to Sports Moments
The Breaking News campaign features a 60-second commercial, capturing various sporting events including football, baseball, basketball, and running.
Shot over a three-week period by Academy Films’ Jack Driscoll, the ad aims to emphasize the excitement of live sports and betting opportunities across different markets.
By incorporating a news channel-style format, the campaign brings a sense of immediacy and relevance to the diverse sporting moments taking place worldwide.
The new promotional effort builds on the brand’s ongoing Never Ordinary platform, first launched last August. The campaign was crafted in collaboration with Drummond Central, a marketing agency known for its creative approach to brand storytelling.
Broad Reach Across Markets
The new commercial will air across multiple media channels, including TV, video-on-demand, audio, and print, ensuring widespread exposure in the 11 U.S. markets where bet365 is licensed.
Additionally, the campaign will be featured in Mexico, Australia, and various European countries, making it a key part of bet365’s global marketing strategy ahead of the NFL season.
According to Drummond Central’s Creative Director Kevin Lynn, the idea was to create a “blockbuster” campaign that showcases major sporting moments from around the globe. The unique approach of presenting these moments through a news channel lens enhances the excitement surrounding the upcoming sports season.
