Flutter Entertainment Expands into New York’s Flatiron District with One Madison Avenue Lease
Flutter Entertainment has secured a new base in New York City. The company signed a 12-year lease for a substantial 35,898 square feet of office space on the entire 23rd floor of the newly constructed One Madison Avenue building.
This move is part of Flutter’s ongoing expansion in the U.S. market, following its recent listing on the New York Stock Exchange in January.
Strategic Location for Growth
The choice of the Flatiron District’s One Madison Avenue is strategic, situating Flutter’s operations in a vibrant area known for its commercial vitality and accessibility.
The new office space, managed by landlord SL Green Realty, is part of a larger building that has recently undergone significant renovations, including the addition of a modern 500,000-square-foot glass tower completed in September.
Uncertainty Over Specific Brand Relocation
While Flutter operates several major brands such as Paddy Power, Betfair, and Sportsbet, alongside U.S. leader FanDuel, it remains undisclosed which specific brand will relocate to the new premises between East 23rd and East 24th streets.
FanDuel currently operates from 300 Park Avenue South, indicating that this move could either consolidate existing operations or provide a new hub for one of Flutter’s other brands.
