Marking PrizePicks’ first team deal in California, the partnership blends two brands focused on amping up baseball fandom.

The deal taps into the Padres’ 2.5 million annual attendees at Petco Park, a hotbed for the $300 million California fantasy scene.

Branding and Fan Perks

The partnership puts PrizePicks front and center at Petco Park with outfield LED signage and concourse banner displays. Digitally, PrizePicks will shine through banner ads on Padres.com and pregame shoutouts on Padres.TV during the 2025 season.

With 70% of MLB fans engaging online, this visibility could drive 50,000 new PrizePicks sign-ups. The Padres’ 2024 playoff run, drawing 44,000 fans per game, boosts the deal’s reach.

To spark excitement, PrizePicks is rolling out a 2025 in-game promotion. When the Padres score 10 or more runs in a home game, fans can enter a text-to-win contest for a shot at a $10,000 free PrizePicks lineup and tickets to a future game. This could trigger $5 million in promotional bets, especially with the Padres averaging 7.2 runs in 2024 home wins,
