Pro League Network Secures $4.2 Million in Seed Funding

Pro League Network (PLN) has closed its seed funding round, raising $4.2 million with investment from KB Partners, Eberg Capital, Kevin Garnett & Big Ticket Sports, and other investors.

Innovative Digital Sports

The funding, announced on Thursday, will support PLN’s ambitious plan to scale its live sports programming and establish itself as a 24/7 digital sports network. PLN has already produced over 100 hours of live sports content in the past year, positioning itself as a leader in producing sports purpose-built for digital audiences.

Founded by Mike Salvaris and Bill Yucatonis, PLN’s portfolio includes unique sports such as CarJitsu Championship, SlapFIGHT Championship, Ultimate Tire Wrestling, Putt Tour, and the Pro Carrom Tour.

A highly anticipated addition is str33t, a 3×3 streetball league developed in partnership with NBA legend Kevin Garnett and Big Ticket Sports.

Strategic Partnerships and Growth

PLN’s partnership with KB Partners brings the expertise and financial backing needed to further expand its reach. “KB Partners understands our vision of creating a vertically integrated network of sports tailored for today’s audience,” said PLN co-founders Salvaris and Yucatonis.

Keith Bank, Founder and CEO of KB Partners, emphasized PLN’s ability to create new sports that attract immediate fanbases, underscoring its potential for long-term success.

In addition to producing unique sports, PLN has secured approval for wagering on its events in multiple U.S. states. Lines are offered on major platforms like DraftKings, BetMGM, and bet365, among others.

The company operates its own portfolio of sports and media rights, allowing it to control its business operations and vertically integrate monetization opportunities, including sports betting.
