PropSwap and Bally Bet Ink Mississippi Partnership Deal
PropSwap, billed as America’s biggest secondary market for sports bets, sealed a multi-year deal with Bally Bet.

Agreement Highlights and Launch Timing
This makes Bally Bet the go-to sportsbook for PropSwap in Mississippi, spotlighting two retail spots: Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Biloxi and Bally’s Vicksburg.
The partnership kicked off just in time for the NCAA basketball Sweet 16, aiming to pull more action into Bally Bet’s brick-and-mortar books. A PropSwap release noted, “We’re teaming up to give bettors fresh ways to play their favorite sports.”
The deal’s got clear goals. It’s set to boost betting handle and ticket counts at Bally Bet locations, leaning on PropSwap’s user base. Bettors can place wagers and later list them for sale on PropSwap’s platform if their value climbs, locking in profits early.
CEO Luke Pergande said, “Our idea flips betting on its head. Your ticket doesn’t need to win, just improve.” The tie-up taps PropSwap’s data, which shows folks bet more, especially on futures and parlays, when they know they can cash out at a fair price. It’s a solid start, syncing with college hoops’ big March moment.
How It Works and Market Fit
PropSwap, launched in 2015, runs a unique gig. It lets users who’ve made legal U.S. sports bets sell their tickets at a price they pick, while PropSwap tracks down buyers. This helps bettors secure gains or ditch losing plays before the final whistle. The company takes a cut from each sale, keeping it simple.
Bally Bet, part of Bally’s Interactive, brings online and retail betting to the table, with Mississippi as a key spot since legal sports betting hit there in 2018. By March 2025, the state’s retail-only market had topped $3 billion in handle, per state data.
This partnership fits Mississippi’s scene. Bally Bet’s two locations get a lift from PropSwap’s North American reach, pushing more foot traffic and bets.
Pergande added, “Since PASPA fell, we’ve been in a prime spot to shake up how people wager.” The deal’s timing, tied to NCAA’s high-stakes rounds, aims to hook bettors fast. PropSwap’s empirical stats back this up, users at preferred books like Bally Bet tend to go bigger and more often, especially with an exit option in play.
PropSwap’s bringing in reinforcements too. Dustin Gouker, a gambling industry vet, joined as an advisor. He said, “Deals like this with retail books in legal states show what PropSwap’s built and their drive to grow the regulated space.” Pergande’s pumped about the shift, noting, “It’s a game-changer for bettors and books alike.” Bally Bet stays quiet so far, but its Mississippi foothold gets a solid boost here.
