West Virginia Online Casinos Report $19.6M Revenue in April
West Virginia’s online casino sector reported $19.6 million in revenue for April, according to the latest figures from the West Virginia Lottery.
This marks a 5% decrease from March’s $20.68 million but a notable 34% increase compared to April of the previous year.
Leading Casinos and Partnerships
Mountaineer Casino, in partnership with BetRivers and Caesars, led the market with $3.1 million in revenue. Mardi Gras, collaborating with WynnBet and Betly, reported $736,849.
Hollywood Casino at Charles Town, which partners with DraftKings Casino, PointsBet, and Barstool, achieved $7.8 million. Similarly, The Greenbrier, working with BetMGM, FanDuel, and Golden Nugget, also posted $7.8 million.
New Market Entries and Approvals
In March, Hacksaw Gaming, a mobile games provider, entered the West Virginia market through a partnership with BetMGM.
Additionally, Supremeland Gaming received approval for an interim supplier license in the state, marking its third approval following similar recognitions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
